Siamang and Mike on vacation

Monday, April 23rd, 2007

Siamang and Mike are both on vacation this week (Siamang is also on vacation next week) so it’s probably going to be a little quiet around here.

Or: send me that article or idea you’ve always wanted to post on here and we can discuss it!

We evolved into this??

Friday, April 20th, 2007

If this is after how many billion years of evolution, it’s hard to imagine how the process ever got started.

Then again, this isn’t exactly a stunning case for intelligent design, either.

I have two cartoon bubbles going right now … In one, I see the very first living organism slipping on an inflatable slide and wiping out her young, and hence, life as we know it. In the other I see God slumped in a chair, going through his old papers, just shaking his head and wondering what happened …

Either way, I think it’s safe to say something has gone terribly wrong.
